1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Iventicks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access Iventicks for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or copy platform materials
- Use materials for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software
- Remove copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer materials to another person
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
4.1 Payment
All ticket purchases are processed through Paystack. By purchasing tickets, you agree to Paystack's terms of service. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Refunds
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Iventicks facilitates refunds but does not guarantee them. Platform fees are non-refundable.
4.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to other users through our platform. Unauthorized resale or transfer outside the platform is prohibited.
5. Event Organizers
As an event organizer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Honor all ticket sales
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not create fraudulent or misleading events
- Pay platform fees as agreed
- Handle customer service for your events
6. Platform Fees
Iventicks charges a service fee for each ticket sold. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payment processing fees are separate and charged by Paystack. Organizers receive payouts according to the schedule agreed upon during account setup.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Scrape or data mine the platform
- Circumvent security features
- Create fake accounts or events
8. Intellectual Property
The Iventicks platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Iventicks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer
Iventicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
Iventicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in platform fees in the past 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
